Can I buy your products without a wholesale account?
Currently we operate as a B2B manufacturing operation only. We are working to release retail options in the future.
Do you currently sell any of your products on other platforms?
Yes, you can purchase a limited amount of Travel Posters products at the retail level on our Travel Posters website. You can also purchase a limited wholesale offering on our Travel Posters FAIRE or WitWords FAIRE accounts.
What are your standard turn around times?
21 business days for new orders and 14 business days for re-orders. Shipping timelines excluded.
Do I have to pay for my order at the time of purchase?
We do accept credit card payments with a 3% processing fee but you can also apply for extended payment terms.
I need artwork made, can you help me?
We have a vast amount of designs throughout our catalog that we hope would work for you! But if you need something tailored more specifically to you our in-house design team can help. Contact us directly to inquire about pricing.
Do you use Ai to generate any of your art?
Absolutely not! We employee several talented artists who create all of our designs in-house in Pennsylvania.
I have my own artwork, can you print it for me?
Yes! We offer full printing services across all of our products for any customer providing their own artwork.
Do you charge for file setup of my own artwork?
No! We do not charge anything extra to setup your files for production.
Will I receive proofs of my order before production?
Yes, when placing your order with our sales team please request order proofing at that time.
